Board of Directors
Lori A. Gropp, CPA
Lori was born and raised in Marshfield. She graduated in 1982 from St Norbert College
in DePere, WI with a BBA in Accounting. Lori started her accounting career with two
local CPA firms, and then was a regional CFO at Associated Bank for 11 years. In 1999,
she became CFO of Automated Products, Inc. and Engineered Building Systems, Inc.
Automated Products, Inc. manufactures roof trusses and floor trusses for commercial and
residential buildings. Engineered Building Systems, Inc. manufactures wall panels and
floor panels for commercial and residential buildings.
Lori's activities include MACCI Board of Directors, MACCI Chamber Caper Committee,
Leadership Marshfield Graduate, United Way Volunteer, YMCA Fund Drive Volunteer, Our
Lady of Peace Church Finance Council, Marshfield Area Catholic Schools Volunteer, Columbus
Educational Foundation Member, and past director of Wildwood Park Zoological Society
and Marshfield Area YMCA. She has served on the Marshfield Savings Bank Board of
Directors since June of 1999.
Lori lives in Marshfield with her husband, Jake, and their three children, Katie, who
is 22 and a senior at UWEC, Kristin, 20 and a sophomore at UWEC, and Brad who is 17 and
a junior at Columbis Catholic High School. She enjoys spending time with her family,
attending her children's athletic events, walking, aerobics, and golf.
Robert N. Lotzer
Bob grew up in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. He graduated from Fond du Lac Senior High and
earned his BBA from the University of Michigan. Bob served in the U.S. Navy and later
worked in the construction and real estate business in Fond du Lac.
Bob began working for Marshfield Savings Bank in 1963 and retired in 1996 from his
position as President and MO. During those years he served as Chairman of the Board
of Directors for St. Joseph's Hospital, President of the Marshfield Area Chamber of
Commerce and Industry, and was a member of the Marshfield Rotary Club and Marshfield
Kiwanis Club. Bob has served on the Marshfield Savings Bank Board since January of
1964, and is currently the Chairman of the Board.
Bob and his wife, Charlene, reside in Marshfield, but do enjoy spending their winters
in Arizona. They have three children. He enjoys golfing and fishing in his spare time.
William J. Mork
Bill was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. He earned his Bachelors of Science in
Industrial Engineering from Southern Methodist University, his MBA from the Cox Graduate
School of Business, Southern Methodist University, and is a graduate of the
Owner/President/Manager Program at Harvard Graduate School. Bill began his career with
Texas Instruments Inc as a manufacturing methods and production engineer in the government
products group, where he worked on military systems. Bill is currently the President/Owner
of Modern of Marshfield, Inc (Marshfield Furniture). Marshfield Furniture is an upholstered
furniture manufacturer serving 1000 retailers throughout the United States, with a unique
product niche of lodge/nature themed furniture using original artwork licensed from artists,
then woven into fabrics and imaged on leathers. In 2004-2005 they received the Wisconsin
Manufacturer of the Year Award, and in 2006 they received the Small Business Success Story
Award from Corporate Wisconsin Magazine.
Bill is very committed to community service, having served in the past for organizations
from the Marshfield Area Chamber of Commerce and Industry to the Central Wisconsin Safety
Council, as well as lending his talents to the County Human Services Board, and the advisory
board for the UW-Stevens Point Business School, and many other groups/organizations.
Currently, Bill is on the Hope Lodge Advisory Board, is a YMCA Campaign Volunteer, and an
Intergenerational Facility Volunteer. Bill joined the Marshfield Savings Bank Board of
Directors on November 21, 2006.
Bill currently resides in Marshfield. He has three sons, Andrew, Brian, and Kevin, and one
daughter, Sarah, and three grandchildren, Cameron, Sophia, and Veronica. In his free time
he enjoys golf, tennis, traveling, reading, and adventure activities such as skydiving,
aerial combat, and river rafting.
Orin C. Toltzman
Orin grew up in the Loyal/Spencer area and attended Spencer High School and later the
UW-Stevens Point. He is a U.S. Army veteran. Orin joined us in February of 1967. He has
been on the Marshfield Savings Bank Board since November of 1969, and had been our President
from 1996 to 2004, and is currently our CEO.
Orin is active in the Marshfield Community as a past board member of the Marshfield Area
YMCA, Marshfield Area Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Marshfield Chapter of Ducks Unlimited,
and has served on his church council. He is a volunteer for the Marshfield Area United Way,
and is active in the Marshfield Rotary Club. He has also been active in fundraising for the
Lawton Center, Laird Research Center, and the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge.
Orin and his wife, Linda, reside in Marshfield, and they have one daughter, Anne. He enjoys
fishing, hunting, and yard work in his free time.
Arden O. Rindfleisch
Arden was born and raised in Mosinee, Wisconsin. He received his Bachelor of Science degree
in Business Administration and Economics from UW-Stevens Point. Arden is a Sr. Vice President
at Marshfield Savings Bank. He has been with us since July of 1976, and has been on the Board
of Directors since January of 2004.
Arden is active in the Marshfield Community as a past or present member of the Marshfield
Optimists, Marshfield Jaycees, Main Street Marshfield, Groundwater Guardians, Marshfield
Area Boy Scouts, Marshfield Elks, Marshfield YMCA, and as a Marshfield Youth Soccer/Basketball
coach.
Arden and his wife, Marilyn, reside in Marshfield. They have two sons. Arden enjoys fishing,
hunting, and camping in the Wisconsin Northwoods.
William W. Sennholz
Bill was raised in Wautoma, Wisconsin. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh
with his Bachelors of Business Administration in 1987 and his Masters of Business
Administration in 1992. Bill has extensive experience in the financial sector. He worked at
M&I First American Bank of Wausau from 1989 to 1997, leaving as Vice President-Commercial
Lending. From 1997 to 2002 Bill was Vice President Senior Lending Officer at Peoples State Bank
in Wausau. In 2002, Bill became President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board, at Clarke County
State Bank in Osceola, Iowa.
Bill became President of Marshfield Savings Bank in 2005 and also began serving on the
Marshfield Savings Bank Board of Directors at that time. He currently serves on the board of
directors for the YMCA, MACCI, and St Joseph's Hospital, and is an active member of the Elks
and the Marshfield Noon Rotary.
Bill and his wife, Claudia, have two children. He enjoys many outdoor activities in his free
time, including: golf, hunting, fishing, skiing, snowmobiling, and four-wheeling. He also
enjoys traveling and is a committed Packer fan.
Allan K. Michalski, CPA
Al grew up in Marshfield, and is a 1979 graduate of Columbus High School. In 1983 he
graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee with a BBA degree in Accounting. He
is a licensed CPA in the State of Wisconsin. Al began his accounting career in Milwaukee
where he worked for the CPA firm of Peat Marwick & Co, and has 25 years of experience with
large, publicly traded corporations, as well as smaller privately held firms. He joined Felker
Brothers Corporation in 2002 where he currently serves as Vice President of Finance. Felker
Brothers Corporation is a leading manufacturer of welded stainless steel pipe, tube, fittings,
and customized prefabricated piping systems with operations in Marshfield, WI and Glasgow, KY.
Al's professional affiliations include the MACCI Board of Directors, Marshfield Economic
Development Authority Board member, as well as membership in the Wisconsin Institute of Certified
Public Accountants. Personally, he is a member of North Ridge Church where he currently
serves as an usher, and has been involved in the Finance Committee, and the Building Addition
Fundraising Committee. He is an active member of the Gideons International where he is the
local camp Treasurer, and is a qualified church speaker. Al is also a member of the UW -
Milwaukee Alumni Association.
Al lives in Marshfield with his wife Rhonda. Their daughter Margaret is a recent graduate of
the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities, and currently lives and works in Milwaukee. Their
son Ben will be a sophomore at UW - Milwaukee in the fall. Al enjoys spending his free time
with his family, traveling, and is a dedicated Packer and Brewer fan.
